MPS to distribute free condoms?

MPS (Milwaukee Poverty Schools...No offense to anyone who attended) is debating the question, should they distribute condoms to prevent spreading std's?

I say no. This is just another responsibility that a parent gets to discard. Parents should be the ones with some sort of sight on their kid's sexual activity.

I think the boards reasoning goes further than this. I think that they don't want to see young girls become pregnant and have to drop out of school.  

Beside's it's a teachers job to TEACH. Not get caught up in kid's sexual activity.
