Over the last few months, you may have noticed the "Fan Artwork of The Week" we've been featuring on Facebook and Jacksmannequin.com. Well, with the anticipation of a new single from Jack's Mannequin, we are creating a special limited edition 7" vinyl and would love for your artwork to be a part of it!

All you have to do is email high resolution photos of your artwork (drawings, paintings, photography, tattoos, etc) along with a signed copy of this release form to jacksmannequincommunity@gmail.com
