The Rockford, Ill., hotel-water park where Wisconsin state senators reportedly fled Thursday to postpone a budget vote is owned by a group including Milwaukee investors Roy Reiman and Wave Development.Not only that but the Best Western Clock Tower in Rockford was in the midst of an online auction on Thursday.The Clock Tower was one of 10 properties being auctioned Feb. 15 through Thursday by Chicago brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.
