Barrett backs high-speed rail to Chicago

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett during his state of the city address said he will pursue federal high-speed rail grants to upgrade the service to Chicago."We should not let this opportunity to strengthen our region's economy slip away," Barrett said Monday.
